Although responses are slower through the ticketing system, tickets are better in some cases; if you have a lot of details to write, or can’t stay with the live chat for long or it’s a very technical problem, it’s probably best to just email.

Our only critique here is that you have to open your email client itself and send an email manually to; there is no online form to fill in and no way to track the status of your ticket.

Although NordVPN states that response times are up to 48 hours, in our experience, they respond within a few hours on most days.
